Colour Variations

We have endeavoured to ensure that product images are an accurate colour representation of the actual product, however onscreen colours may appear slightly different depending on how your particular monitor screen is calibrated. In addition, all stock may vary slightly from batch to batch and this is particularly so with handmade papers.

Payment

You will not be required to provide payment details online. We will contact you to obtain that information. We accept payment by direct debit, Bankcard, Mastercard, Visa and American Express. Overseas customers can also use PayPal (3% surcharge).  We do not accept Diners Club or cheques.

Pricing

All prices are in Australian Dollars and include Australian GST, and are subject to change without notice. If you are ordering from outside Australia, GST does not apply and it will be deducted manually on receipt of your order.

Ordering

Within one working day of receiving your order we will contact you by telephone to advise you of the total amount payable, after any discounts have been applied, and the postage charge and handling fee have been calculated and added.  Please note, we will not be processing orders on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays. 

There is a minimum order of $20 including postage.

Delivery

Handling Fee : A handling fee of $2.50 applies to every order.

Postage : All orders will be sent by Australia Post. Postage will be charged at cost. For delivery within Australia, Express post envelopes/satchels ($3.90 to $9.50) will usually be used for goods under 3kg in weight, as this will ensure quicker delivery and allow us to track any parcels that go astray. Larger/heavier parcels are charged according to weight, dimensions and distance.

Postage charges will be added manually upon receipt of your order and you will be advised of the charge before final payment is made.

Despatch Time : Most orders will be sent within 2-3 working days of receiving the order, and you will be advised by email when your order has been sent. Invitation Stationery items are custom cut and require additional time to provide. Please allow 4 weeks for despatch of these items. Please note, as we use a third party for sending goods, we cannot guarantee delivery times.

 

International customers should be aware that their government may impose an import tax or duty on overseas goods. This fee is wholly the responsibility of the customer. We suggest you contact your government customs or postal department for details of any applicable charges.

Discounts

Bulk Purchase: discounts do not apply to any cut stationery, including Online Invitation Stationery.

Discounts are as follows:

10% for orders of 100 or more of any particular item

15% for orders of 500 or more of any particular item.

 

Discounts are not calculated online - they will be applied to your order manually.

Returns & Refunds

Apart from your statutory rights to a refund, our refund policy is as follows. We do not give refunds for change of mind - for example, you have bought too many, you want to change the colour, you have decided you no longer need a particular item. However, we will gladly exchange or issue a credit note for goods returned to us undamaged, and in their original packaging, within 14 days of receipt by you. Please note we do not accept for return any of the Invitation Stationery products as these are custom cut to order. Postage and handling charges for goods returned for exchange or credit are at the expense of the customer. Please note, we do not accept for return or exchange any of the Invitation Stationery products as these are custom cut to order.

Stock Availability

We endeavour to keep good stocks of all our products, however we cannot guarantee that sufficient stock will be available when you place an order. We will advise you of the availability of the goods you have ordered when we contact you for payment details. If any item is not available we will inform you of when it is expected back in stock.

Errors & Discrepancies

 

Any errors and discrepancies must be brought to our attention within seven days of receipt of goods.
